The main idea here is that ideas interact with each other to produce new ideas, and those new ideas drive progress.

The Red Queen is the second best book I’ve read this year (just barely beaten out by Chris Hedge’s American Fascists. I hadn’t seen this video yet. Thanks for sharing.
